The 3D Art Show @ Breakneck Gallery. Opening 6 – 10PM. Art is great… but it’s even better when it’s in 3-D! Breakneck Gallery hopes to push the limits of 3D with its 3D Art Show opening Sat 3/24. All artists will use either the traditional Anaglyphic 3D (red and blue lens) and/or ChromaDepth 3D glasses to create their work. Glasses will be provided for viewing (buy ‘em if you like). Dark no more, 78th Street Studio’s Survival Kit gallery reopens in grand fashion Fri 3/16 to show off not only its latest exhibit “Vivid Parts,” featuring paintings and assemblages by David Cintron, Kate Kisicki and Nathaniel Murray, but its newly expanded space. Opened in Dec 2010, the art gallery and alternative event space is the vision of Alex TapiĆ© and Brian Straw and has become home to emerging artists — including the musical variety — hoping to show off their talents to Northeast Ohio.
