“Studies in Nepotism” Opening Reception 6-11pm. I regret to inform that this exhibition will be the last show and Asterisk Gallery will close its doors for good. Asterisk has showcased monthly exhibitions of regional and emerging artists since 2001. Dana L. “Take It,” opening reception @ Zygote Press from 6-9pm. One of the city’s most innovative luminaries, Terry Schwarz, is this year’s Artist-In-Residence. Schwarz is known for her visionary work as the director of Kent State University’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative. Saturday September 11th Events
Mindy Tousley and many others are participating in Sparx's City Hop from 11am-7pm , along with 30 artists and galleries. Free trolleys run from one neighborhood to the next.
