For Black History month this year, expect rare relics and souvenirs from the Stokes Administration era here, patron-participation painting with guest artist Sam Aiyan, games and other edu-tainment. Admission is $7 in advance, $10 at the door, or $5 for WRHS members or students with valid ID. Despite the drink tickets, it is an all-ages event. Know that the painting session carries a $25 materials fee, and advance registration for that is requested.

Cosgrove Center, a day drop-in center for the homeless and others in need, where he helps others express themselves through art.
