Cleveland Museum of Art, 11150 East Blvd, CLE 216.421.7350, www.clevelandart.org  “Shinto:  Discovery of the Divine in Japanese Art.”  Opening performances.  11am and 3 pm.  To celebrate the opening, the museum is presenting a Shinto dance performance, of the ancient art of Tsukushi Mai, performed by Miyajidake Jinja Shrine. The dance represents a prayer to the Shinto kami of the natural world, the human relationship to land and the lifecycles of Earth.
