We are looking for a new pottery instructor to join our faculty this Fall. We added a couple Monday classes that are quickly filling, but we need a teacher to teach them! There is an early childhood class open and also an adult throwing & hand-building class. Please pass this along to anyone you know that may be interested.  Call for more info!


Position Summary: Beck Center’s Visual Arts Education program seeks a dynamic teaching artist to lead classes for all ages in pottery projects during the 2021-2022 academic year. There are 5 sessions each year: Fall Session 1 (Sept 13-Oct 30), Fall Session 2 (Nov 1-Dec 18), Winter/Spring Session 1 (Jan10-Mar 12), Winter/Spring Session 2 (Mar 14-May 28), and Summer (June 13-Aug 19).

The ideal candidate will be an experienced artist with a proven ability to work with students of differing ages and abilities and has strong classroom management skills. Available Course(s):  · Pottery: Kids-N-Clay (Ages 5-9), Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM   · Pottery: Throwing/Hand-Building (Ages 18-Up), Mondays 7:00-9:00pm
