Turning to the impulse toward beauty, this exhibition offers simultaneous visual pathways for finding secrets nested in the forms and patterns of nature. In the manner of a cultivated meditation garden, the paintings and poems of Kathy Skerritt and the vessels and sculptural expressions of Yumiko Goto offer the artists' sense of nature as a seamless sacramental space in which beauty may come upon the viewer in quietly surprising ways.

Message from a NOC member. There is a storage unit auction in Medina tomorrow! There are 2 kilns being auctioned. One is a Paragon TNF283. It is not new but I looked it up online and the new one sells for around $3,000. I went out to look at it. I don`t know if the computer works, there is no way to try it there. The friend of mine who owns the units said if it does`t work he will give the money back. The bricks are pretty good and the coils don`t look worn. There are also hundreds of molds with mold straps and another smaller kiln that is not in very good shape. The molds look like hobby molds from a store but there are some really big ones and it is so crowded that it was hard to see them. There is also alot of metal shelving. The auction is Thurs, Nov. 3 at 10:00 at Bob`s Storage on Rt 18 west of Medina.
