Bay Arts, 28795 Lake Road, Bay Village.  “Liz Maugans.”  Opening Reception 7-9pm. Artist Liz Maugans shares her candid drawings of people she encounters in public places- specifically at the city pool and in church. She adds her own commentary on what they are thinking. The drawings are representative of Maugans’ unique ability to observe and commentate on the everyday and make it extraordinary.
