The Akron Art Museum will greet the spring will an exhibit of work by ceramic artist Jun Kaneko called Blurred Lines.  It features what the museum calls “transformational moments” in Kaneko’s 50-year career, among them paintings and drawing, several large-scale sculptures and a site-specific installation of his 65-foot painting Mirage.   (Image Above)

Museum of Contemporary Art, 11400 Euclid Ave., CLE 216.421.8671, www.mocacleveland.org  “New Shows.”  Opening 7-10pm. A free evening featuring artist and curator talks, live experimental music, an open studio and the chance to explore the galleries, as it introduces a group of shows that deal with the interaction of art, technology and the human body.
