Akron Museum of Art, 1 S. High Street. Akron, 330.376.9185, www.akronartmuseum.org  “Intersections: Artists Master Line and Space.”Opening 7:30PM.  The Akron Art Museum’s new show Intersections: Artists Master Line and Space examines how sculpture and works on paper interact in the work of six artists who use non-traditional materials and processes: Mark Fox, Anne Lindberg, Nathalie Miebach, John Newman, Judy Pfaff and Ursula von Rydingsvard. Each of the artists explores in a different way the relationship between two-dimensional and three-dimensional work.  Opening night will give visitors a chance to meet the artists and engage them in conversation and to create a 3D doodle while enjoying music provided by DJ Naeno. The show will be on view through 1/15/17.
